Ilio-tibial Band (IT-Band) Pain and Injury

If you read this blog, then you know, I have had to deal with my own IT-Band issues.  After much research, trying, testing, etc., I have concluded that my issue was caused by an in-balance in the musculature between hamstrings and quads.   For me the cure was stretching and cross training (focused on leg lifts and spinning).  Your IT-Band issue may stem from something totally different.  For  all of you dealing with IT-Band pain and concerned over the causes, I share with you this link to what I felt was the best of the articles I found on the subject.
